King Arthur Flour

So we're baking cakes with King Arthur Cake Flour using the vanilla cake recipe from the box. I only use KAF, but I've never used the cake flour before. OMG Amazing texture and taste. Sadly, a mix cake will never hold the same appeal. Now we're doing cupcakes and integrating them into the EXTREME design - a landscape with grass, a road and flowers. Personally I think that these cakes and cupcakes should be served buck naked - no icing, no flowers, no nothin'. Just give people a fork and let them have at it.
